Included Furniture and Accessories

Elevator Operation
Place the doll inside the elevator and move it manually between the first and second floors. The elevator should be operated gently and kept clear of clothing, hair and loose accessories that could become caught along its path.
Rooftop Lounge
The upper level opens into a rooftop play area with a pop-up umbrella. Raise and lower the umbrella carefully, and avoid forcing its mechanism when the house is being folded or stored.
Swinging Chair
The included chair can swing from its designated attachment point and may be positioned for indoor or outdoor-style play. Use it only with a compatible fashion doll and avoid pulling or placing extra weight on the hanging section.
Doll Size Compatibility
The rooms, elevator, furniture and accessories are designed for standard Barbie-size fashion dolls. Dolls wearing wide gowns, large wings or bulky accessories may require repositioning before they can fit inside the elevator, chair or smaller rooms.
Folding and Storage
Remove dolls and loose accessories before folding the house. Check that the elevator, umbrella and furniture are in their correct storage positions, then close the sections gently without forcing the panels. Store the small accessories in a separate container to reduce the chance of losing them.
Setup and Placement
Place the opened dollhouse on a flat indoor surface with enough space around the front and sides for play. An adult should inspect the hinges, elevator and moving parts before first use and remove all packaging ties and protective materials.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Wipe the plastic surfaces and furniture with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry them before folding the house. Avoid soaking the playset or using abrasive cleaners, and periodically check the elevator, swing attachment and umbrella mechanism for trapped debris or damage.
Barbie Two-Level Dollhouse
The Barbie two-level furnished dollhouse is a more compact option with four play areas, a puppy figure and accessories. It may suit buyers who need a smaller house that requires less storage space.
Barbie Vacation House
The Barbie Vacation House playset offers two levels, six rooms, an elevator, swing and 30 pieces. It is a useful comparison for buyers who want more included accessories in a lower-profile design.
Barbie Dreamhouse Pool Party Playset
The Barbie Dreamhouse Pool Party dollhouse includes a three-story slide, pet elevator and puppy play areas. It is a larger alternative for children who prefer pool and pet-themed features.
Barbie Dreamhouse with Pool and Slide
The Barbie Dreamhouse three-story playset provides a larger house with a pool, slide and multiple party-themed areas. Compare its assembled size with the available room and storage space before purchasing.
Wheelchair-Accessible Barbie Dreamhouse
The Barbie Dreamhouse with wheelchair-accessible elevator offers an elevator designed to accommodate compatible Barbie dolls using wheelchairs. It is a relevant choice for buyers prioritizing inclusive play features.
Seller, Availability and Returns
Check the current seller, stock availability, delivery estimate, package condition, warranty information and return policy before ordering. Confirm that the listing shows this exact three-story folding house rather than a different Barbie Dreamhouse or townhouse version.
Safety Information
This playset contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years. Remove all packaging ties before play, keep loose accessories away from younger children and do not allow a child to sit, climb or place body weight on the house, elevator or furniture.
